NSCS: Edwards Should Have Used a Folding Chair
Nothing like a good ol “payback” love tap to get the NASCAR fans all up in their high horses! No need to rehash the lap 323 incident that took place at the Kobalt 500 at Atlanta. Seems obvious enough. Carl Edwards retaliated against Brad Keselowski for early lap 40 contact that effectively ended the day for Edwards and Joey Lagano. Or, maybe the ride Carl took at Talladega off Keselowski’s bumper last year was still fresh in his mind. Either way… that’s racing.
NSCS Race Recap: Kurt Busch Wins Kobalt Tools 500
HAMPTON, Ga. (March 7, 2010) — Kurt Busch won two races Sunday: the Kobalt Tools 500 and the Carl Edwards 25.
In a race that went 16 laps—nearly 25 miles—past its scheduled distance, after Edwards retaliated against Brad Keselowski for an incident earlier in Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Busch took advantage of a strong restart to grab the lead during the second attempt at a green-white-checkered-flag restart and crossed the finish line .482 seconds ahead of runner-up Matt Kenseth.

Sunday Carl Edwards went too far. He let his emotions get the best of him, and he put the safety of his [...]
