In Memoriam: Lloyd Ruby(0)
I know that we always focus on NASCAR and don’t report any news on Indy, but we felt that it was appropriate to pay tribute to the “Best Driver to Never Win the Indy 500″, Lloyd Ruby. Ruby died March 23, 2009 at the age of 81 in Wichita Falls, Texas.

First of all I am pleased to announce that RubbingsRacing.com has been selected as a winner of the “Blog Of The Day Award” , which is voted on by Bill Austin and his select group of judges based on nominations from people like you. We are officially the BOTDA winner for Sunday, March 1, 2009, but since I already have the information, I wanted to get that out to all of our devoted fans.
