NCWTS: Enfinger, Busch Lead Practice at Kentucky


Grant Enfinger led the opening Camping World Truck Series practice Wednesday at Kentucky Speedway in preparation for Thursday’s Buckle Up in Your Truck 225. His lap speed of 182.020 mph only took the No. 98 machine 29.667 to turn a lap at the mid-west track.

Kyle Busch and Brandon Jones were second and third quickest in the opening practice, while Noah Gragson and Ben Rhodes rounded out the fast five.

In the day’s second and final practice, Busch showed the way around with a lap time of 29.853 at 180.886 mph. Christopher Bell, Kaz Grala, Matt Crafton, and Johnny Sauter rounded out the top-five.

Qualifying for the Buckle Up in Your Truck 225 is set for Thursday at 5:00 pm, followed by the green flag falling on the 150-lap event at 7:30 pm/
