Ryan Newman Officially Says No to Penske

Ryan Newman decides not to sign with Penske Racing for the 2009 season. By opting out of his contract, this opens even more speculation of wether he is going to move to Stewart Haas racing. We don’t know his future as of now, but we do know that it will not be at Roger Penske’s shop.

We will report more in the future as this story continues to develop.
