I have never been a fan of open wheel drivers coming over to NASCAR, they are two different mindsets and two different driving styles. Needless to say, maybe Chip Ganassi if finally figuring this out. He is officially shutting down the #40 team and reducing his stable to two teams. It will be interesting to see if Dario can land somewhere else. It is easy to say that he has done nothing but struggle at the Cup level, so who really would want to pick him up? Also, has he burnt too many bridges to go back to IRL at this point?

Dario, it didn’t last long, but good luck with your next venture. Now what will it take for us to get Juan Problem out? His season has not been nearly as successful as he would like to have had it at this point. Only time will tell.

Let’s see what is up good ole’ Chip’s sleeve next, a midget driver or a NHRA driver? Stick with drivers who have worked their way through the NASCAR systems and have proven themselves Chip.
