The Hammer Has Been Dropped

Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson have both been docked 100 driver points and their Crew Chiefs have been suspended for 6 races. Thank you NASCAR for sticking to your guns and making the consistent call.

Gordon still owns the points lead, but the dominance now seems human for those chasing him. Let’s see how these penalties from all of the teams affect the outcome of the entire season.
